I booted a Lubuntu 18.04.5 LTS live system, and performed `sudo update` to update software lists `sudo apt install xrdp` and two new packages are installed (xorgxrdp & xrdp) so I don't see an issue. I'm going to mark this bug incomplete; as it appears you need support and I could NOT re-create the issue. Please use `ubuntu-bug` in future, but your issue is likely other software you have installed.
