This bug is still present today. I installed Ubuntu 20.10 in English and I am located in Belgium. System configured automatically the formats as “Belgien”, i.e. with German dates & times.
Installing French allows me to select the “Belgique” format which displays the dates & times in French. Although still inconsistent, it will be less disturbing for me. It would be better however if the language of dates & times was the system language, independently of the regional format. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1072019 Title: date translated in an English system with Italian localization To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/glib/+bug/1072019/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
