@asgard2 and @Kai-Heng Feng Thank you for working this out. I have the same type of notebook as asgard2 has and the same problem, using Manjaro though. The notebook is seemingly powered off and looses 10% battery charge over night. I tried 5.4, 5.10 and 5.11 kernels. Hopefully an ACPI-specific patch will arrive at lore.kernel.org soon. The patch for the preliminary fix seems to consist of one line of code only and is contained in the thread Kai-Heng cited in #22. May be it is time for a bit of private enterprise.
