If somebody selects a bookmark folder from the left pane and tries to
rename it. (Going to Edit -> Rename) nothing will happen. Yet if the
user double-clicks the bookmark in the left pane, the text will be able
to be changed inline.

If there is a way to rename folders from the left pane, I think it would
be pretty okay to expect the Edit -> Rename menu item to activate this
feature.
