Hi Andriy, Thanks for taking the time to report this. According to the Gramps Users mailing list, these warnings are known about and have mostly been fixed in Gramps 5.1.3.
These warnings should be harmless, and warn the developer that the code written for older python versions is not the latest way to write code in the current version.
