Public bug reported: Under Tools > Effects and Filters > Advances, when "Adjust pitch" is enabled, it works properly for the duration of the current song. After that, the audible pitch changes (though the displayed number of semitones remains the same). For example, if set to "2.0 semitones" and VLC is set on repeat-one, when the song restarts, the pitch will be 3.0 semitones, even though the dialog box still says "2.0 semitones". The work-around is to adjust the slider to "0.0 semitones" and then back to "2.0 semitones".
