Public bug reported:

When I am using chromium while it is being updated by snap in the
background, every new tab will become "Aw snap" with SIGTRAP error.
While the current working tabs remains working, open new tab is not
possible without restart the whole chromium.

I'd like to suggest to provide a prompt to ask user to restart chromium when it
is auto-updated by snap instead of mysterious crashing with SIGTRAP. It take me
a while to figure out what's wrong. Thanks.
