Many thanks for your help. It did happen again today while using MS Teams. This is the first time using Ubuntu in about 9 years, everything back then just seemed to work with no issue. I had to try and search for 4 hours to find terminal input to get my WiFi adapter to work! I didn’t really grasp the terminal and I am finding it exceedingly difficult to run commands successfully and find crash reports. I do apologise for the lack of apparent information
