This problem report is related to 1910588. I am running kernel 5.8.0-36 now and found that the dd command I was using to test zfs raidz1 performance worked the last time I tried. dd now provides speed measurement skewed by arc though (2.0GB/s).
I have run memtest86 on this machine recently. Four passes found no errors. The machine memory is non-ECC though.
