Can you confirm that this issue is solved for routes (not default
gateway).

my config :
network:
  version: 2
  renderer: networkd
  ethernets:
    eth1:
      dhcp4: no
      dhcp6: no
      mtu: 9000
  bridges:
    br11:
      optional: false
      mtu: 9000
      dhcp4: no
      dhcp6: no
      interfaces: [ eth1 ]
      addresses: [ 192.168.55.22/24 ]
      routes:
      - to: 192.168.8.0/24
        via: 192.168.55.42

on boot, i have a :
déc. 21 13:21:19 compute2 systemd-networkd[1117]: br11: Could not set route:
Nexthop has invalid gateway. Network is unreachable

systemctl --version
systemd 245 (245.4-4ubuntu3)
