I see the system is guessing this is a fresh install. That is correct. Laptop came with Windows10, but I bought it to learn and use Ubuntu. First installed ZorinOS Pro (dual boot with Win10) Then I later installed Ubuntu. HDD currently had Windows10, Zorin OS Pro, and Ubuntu. TrackPad works under Windows, so it's not a hardware issue.
Any help is appreciated. This is not critical, though, as I can use a USB mouse. I'm just learning to t-shoot and resolve issues in Ubuntu, as I learn my way around the O/S and linux commands in terminal. Thanks so much! I am loving this O/S so far!! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1908839 Title: trackpad does not work Ubuntu 20 / Lenovo IdeaPad 3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1908839/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
