Public bug reported:

Cannot upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04. At first I was getting errors about
conflicting PPAs, once I removed those sources I get the same error
message saying that the upgrade cannot be calculated, but there is no
further information given. Doing dist upgrade and apt get -f does not
address the issue. Not sure how to proceed from here.
