I updated the Blue man Program without the Driver's as an Experiment, It works fine until you Update the "Raspberry Pi 3 Bluetooth Driver"
It's a Driver Issue, someone needs to Separate the Raspberry Pi 3, and 4 Driver's.. Be Safe. Z.
