1. Seems to. 2. I just put the computer to sleep a few times and then use the wifi to download a big file (like a Fedora iso), and that usually repros. However, it will repro on it's own eventually. 3. I cannot. FWIW, the dell image that ships for the XPS 13 9360 (which this machine is), locks to kernel 4.4.
