Public bug reported: Hi,
When I try to pair my computer with my phone, using "Make Discoverable" on the computer an "associate with" on the phone, the phone displays a PIN to be accepted and I click it. In parallel, the computer displays a desktop notification (XFCE pop-up notification here) that SAYS the PIN must be accepted, but clicking the pop-up does nothing (apart making it disappear) and there's no place where I can accept the PIN in any menu in blueman... Thus the operation always ends up failing (and blocking the phone for any new BT operation until a timeout occurs)... When I do the converse: pair my phone with my computer, only yhe phone displays notifications to be accepted and it works flawlessly... ** Affects: blueman (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1903514 Title: can't associate due to strange notification usage To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blueman/+bug/1903514/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
