Affected too, with an asus x751BP laptop on groovy. Blacklisting intel_vbtn doesn't change anything (not active with lsmod after the blacklist bug the bug's still there). Still there with the latest kernel from the update manager (5.8.0-26-generic) received today. The integrated keyboard/mouse work fine with 5.4.0-52-generic, and "cat /sys/class/dmi/id/chassis_type" returns 10.
