I have the same model and same problem. Nothing to add apart from a workaround which might be useful to address the problem, I hope.
1) I manually remove the module snd_rn_pci_acp3x. Microphone stops working. 2) I restart pulseaudio with pulseaudio -k Sound output starts working. 3) I manually reload snd_rn_pci_acp3x Microphone detected and working again, without affecting the 'sink' (output). On a side note, but somehow related, the led light of the mic button (F4) is always on, whether the mic is muted or not. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1901157 Title: [Raven/Raven2/FireFlight/Renoir AMD Ryzen] No Sound at all To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1901157/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
