Updating on my side: When i update to nvidia 450 and reboot, my system starts to freeze. Most of times i can't even really start the session and have to do a forced reboot because nothing works, not even using CTRL+ALT+F2.
Go this bug with Kubuntu focal fossa and KDE. Tried with Gnome (with xorg) and had a similar issue, i did started the session but after some time it's freezes and i can just move the mouse and nothing else. Having to force reboot my computer. I will try some alternatives: Downloading from nvidia website, using 450 server, using 440, using 430 and will update here if some of this solutions works.
