@Sebastien, Thanks, but I am struggling to find a PID to report this against. So I had to find related subject-matter - Bug 1691908 was the most relevant I could locate. So what do I report this against? I don't really do Ubuntu internals, so my knowledge of relevant subsystems is limited. It isn't like Smalltalk where I can click on the offending item and drop into an inspector.
