The system booting too slow is different to applications launching too slow. Which issue would you like this bug to be about?
If you would like the bug to be about the system booting too slow then please provide a shorter, cleaner boot log by rebooting, logging in and then immediately running: journalctl -b0 > freshboot.txt and attach the resulting file here.
