Mr Wang, the computer now showed the same problem! I don't know what happens. w how to I tried to solve it using your link, but I don't know how to proceed to make the backup you ask and also don't know how to attach the other files. I'm kind of new using Linux and sometimes it's difficult to understand what application and what steps I have to do in order to make things work as it should.
