> How much did you pay to Canonical for using Ubuntu 20.04? How much are you willing to pay to Canonical for a fix?
I feel this, and "if you don't like it go use proprietary software," are extremely harmful perspectives. Open source is still evolving, and it's not so much about demanding free labor from Canonical as it is about preventing broken updates from being published to universe in the first place, providing for some sort of rapid rollback protocol when that does happen, or something. At this stage in Ubuntu's life, I think it is a healthy standard to say, "if we break the gnome-shell GUI on every box running 20.04, we should rapidly roll-back that update and/or fix it". -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1892440 Title: Shell text is too small in mutter 3.36.4-0ubuntu0.20.04.2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/1892440/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
