I have fixed this issue. I uninstalled ubuntu and installed it all over again. It was pain. I screwed up ubuntu as well as Windows. Luckily - I had no important data in ubuntu linux and in Windows - I keep all the data in D and E drives. It's working fine after that. I have Windows 10 and ubuntu 20.4.1 LTS installed - dual boot.
