The correct depends are all there.
Depends: dbus, gir1.2-glib-2.0, python3-dbus, python3-gi, python3:any
Hence from gi.repository import GLib should work.
@kortewegdevries You really shouldn't install stuff via pip, maybe an
earlier pip run broke it?
