Error still present after update for me. Two 3840x2160 screens - one a DELL XPS 15 laptop screen which is half the physical size of my BenQ monitor.
Using NVIDIA driver metapackage 440. With fractional scaling, if I set the inbuilt monitor to 150%, the EXTERNAL monitor seems to half its visible resolution, quadrupling its virtual screen size, so only the top left corner is actually displayed on the monitor.
