Hello, after looking at the /var/log/dist-upgrade/ i saw that there are many errors coming from Qgis software, and postgresql10 with extension postgis. I uninstalled completely Qgis and postgresql10 with extension postgis, and tried again to do a : do-release-upgrade and now, i don't have problem and make the release upgrade normally.
