In practice, the avw.lv2 package has already been removed from the most
recent Ubuntu release as part of the transition away from python2.
The introduction of a package for ams.lv2 is out of scope for an archive
removal bug. This package would need a maintainer willing to do this
work. That is most likely best handled via the linked Debian bug.
