Public bug reported: Dear all,
the USB WLAN Stick (FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick v2) worked flawlessly up to the Linux Kernel version 4.4.0-185-generic, so I assume some problem has been introduced moving from Linux version 4.4.0-185-generic to the Linux version 4.4.0-186-generic. Operating system and release can be found below. Description: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS Release: 16.04 Attached are the files for the currently working version (4.4.0-185-generic): dmesg, version signature, lspci and uname output). I provide too the dmesg output of the failing kernel version (4.4.0-185-generic). I am happy to provide more details. Apparently the module is not loaded anymore.
