Thanks for the update unfortunately the same problem with the version
from the proposed pocket.
As I wrote before using the "All distributions" directly from
Virtualbox.org works better but it also garbles the UI a little. But at
least it is usable.
This only happens when using multiple monitors. When the laptop monitor
is the only one in use the Ubuntu distributed virtualbox works as
expected.

After upgrading to 20.04 launching Virtualbox gives a garbled UI (see
attached screenshot).
Launching a guest also results in a garbled version of the display.
When using only one monitor it works as expected.
