Public bug reported: What happens:
Changing "Wi-Fi can be turned off to save power" to OFF disables Wi-Fi. So there's impossible to have Wi-Fi enabled and Wi-Fi power saving disabled (see screencast). Same thing with bluetooth. Checkboxes (swithes) disable and enable each other in completely unpredictable way. What is expected to happen: It should be possible to have wireless enabled and power saving disabled.
