Hmm, not too many differences to mine: -device virtio-serial-pci,id=virtio-serial0,bus=pci.3,addr=0x0 \ -device virtserialport,bus=virtio-serial0.0,nr=1,chardev=charchannel0,id=channel0,name=org.qemu.guest_agent.0 \
The -pci being a difference is an alias to change per underlying architecture - it still would be the same thing eventually. Is the following much different in your case? $ sudo lshw -C input *-pnp00:01 product: PnP device PNP0303 physical id: 2 capabilities: pnp configuration: driver=i8042 kbd *-pnp00:02 product: PnP device PNP0f13 physical id: 3 capabilities: pnp configuration: driver=i8042 aux -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1883009 Title: qemu-guest-agent / systemctl enable failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qemu/+bug/1883009/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
