Hmm, not too many differences to mine:

-device virtio-serial-pci,id=virtio-serial0,bus=pci.3,addr=0x0 \
-device 
virtserialport,bus=virtio-serial0.0,nr=1,chardev=charchannel0,id=channel0,name=org.qemu.guest_agent.0
 \

The -pci being a difference is an alias to change per underlying
architecture - it still would be the same thing eventually.

Is the following much different in your case?
$ sudo lshw -C input
  *-pnp00:01                
       product: PnP device PNP0303
       physical id: 2
       capabilities: pnp
       configuration: driver=i8042 kbd
  *-pnp00:02

       physical id: 3
