Public bug reported:

I guess it's a pcmanfm bug.

While shutting down I see this message:
systemd-shutdown[1]: Waiting for process: gvfs-udisks2-vo, gvfs-thash, pcmanfm,
gvfs-afc-volume, pulseaudio, systemd, dbus-daemon

I found this link to related patch
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pcmanfm/blob/4b1c3e3004e996ea3192f1725d3b8a916c7c3ab5/f/pcmanfm-0201
-main-set-the-GIOChannel-encoding-to-binary.patch

The place where I found it
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=254266

As a workaround I set DefaultTimeoutStopSec=3s DefaultTimeoutAbortSec=3s
in /etc/systemd/system.conf, but of course it's not the right way.
