Thanks for sending a complete set of files. There does not seem to be
an error message in the log files, so it's not yet clear what's gone
wrong. Where did you see the error "dm_slave_xioerror_handler: Fatal X
error - Restarting :0"?
Please attach /var/log/gdm/:0.log - since the error you gave mentioned
gdm, it would be informative to see what's in there.
Are you able to ssh into the machine externally when it's window turns
black?
Can you please give exact steps for reproducing the crash with epiphany?
Can you also try launching epiphany from the command line with verbose
flags to see if it gives any error before the crash? E.g.:
$ epiphany-browser > epiphany.log 2>&1
It might also be worthwhile to get an strace of epiphany.
