Public bug reported:

I'm in Ubuntu 20.04. A couple of hours ago, I had set a Cloudflare DNS
on my laptop.

After coming back from suspend, I came to know that the wifi has stopped
(still connected, but no internet). I had to execute "sudo systemctl
restart network-manager" to get my connection back.
