Thanks for verifying. The patch will be applied to the OpenSSH version already in Focal, so OpenSSH will stay at version 8.2 in Focal.
Christian set up the PPA specifically for testing the patched package, it's not meant for production use. It's unlikely that you'll hit any surprise by using it, but it's entirely up to you.
