Nicolas, thanks for your detailed report and follow-ups. I believe the issue is clear enough. We only need some developer who uses scim-anthy to analyze the problem. Also, I suspect the problem is on scim-anthy or anthy instead of scim, as I use scim-pinyin in firefox without any problems.
