Public bug reported:

When running dconf-editor, it is unable to save settings, two examples:

1. When trying to set org.blueman.transfer shared-path to a different
value, as soon as the "Apply" button is clicked, the value reverts to
the default (an empty string).

2. When running dconf-editor for the first time, unticking the "Show
this dialog next time." checkbox in the pop-up window has no effect -
after closing dconf-editor and reopening it, the pop-up returns.

When attempting to use the command "gsettings set" to change the value
associated with blueman, it results in the error: "The key is not
writable"
