I can confirm that the issue is still there in Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS. I'm not sure if it counts, but landscape-client is not installed on the affected system. Instead there is landscape-common installed. I tried to add the package to the affected packages list of the bug, but without any success. Launchpad does simply not find landscape-common in project Ubuntu.
