** Description changed: Hi, it seems there's a bug with the Network Manager GUI where I can't import an .ovpn file. However, when I run `nmcli connection import type openvpn file Jacky.ovpn`, it is able to import the VPN connection successfully. There is an existing VPN with the exact same content but different server IP address. I wonder if that is related to the issue? + + EDIT: I deleted the existing VPN and it's still the same so maybe not. I have attached screenshot that shows the problem. 1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Release: 20.04 2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center network-manager-openvpn-gnome: Installed: 1.8.12-1 Candidate: 1.8.12-1 Version table: *** 1.8.12-1 500 500 http://sg.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 3) What you expected to happen I can click on Add when importing the OpenVPN profile. 4) What happened instead The Add button is greyed out and I can't click it to import the OpenVPN profile.
