Public bug reported:
In the system settings menu, on the page "Login Screen (SDDM)" there are
two themes listed as Breeze, which appear to be completely identical.
I've noticed this in the past, but am reporting it now since it occurs
even in a fresh install of Kubuntu 20.04.
In the past, I sometimes deleted one of the two themes by clicking the
"Remove" button, but it would come back after a while.
