Public bug reported: Description: Turbostat is a Linux tool to observe proper operation of Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology. Turbostat displays actual processor frequency and idle power state on modern x86 processors supporting invariant TSC, plus APERF and MPERF MSRs.
