Public bug reported: I recently noticed that after reboots or possibly after Google Chrome get updated, I cannot anymore see color emojis (I can only see the old black and white ones instead). Reinstalling the package seem to solve the issue temporarily but after the a reboot or Chrome update the issue arises again.
