Public bug reported: The first video I play works well in VLC. When I close that window and attempt to load another video, nothing happens. I open Ksysguard and it shows VLC still loaded. If I "kill" VLC, then it loads and plays another video perfectly. I've replicated this with AVI, MP4, and MKV files.
