Public bug reported: If I select restart from the menu or from a right-click, the system will shut down to black screen and after a few seconds, will load the Dell memory test. When the test finishes or if I abort the test, it asks me to insert a bootable media. It no longer recognizes the HDD. If I do a full power off and then back on, it boots quickly and properly from the HDD.
