Unattended-upgrades does not close the cache, so the closing may have been done by python-apt for some reason. It it is triggered by unattended-upgrades then u-u can try to avoid that.
Since it affects only autoremoval and the u-u can continue applying the the fixes in the next runs I'm marking this bug as low priority. ** Also affects: python-apt (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: unattended-upgrades (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed ** Changed in: unattended-upgrades (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: unattended-upgrades (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium => Low ** Tags removed: rls-ff-incoming -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1871153 Title: /usr/bin/unattended-upgrade:apt.cache.CacheClosedException:/usr/bin /unattended- upgrade@2512:main:run:do_auto_remove:cache_commit:commit:_fetch_archives To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-apt/+bug/1871153/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
