I have Dell Inspiron 5591 and installed Ubuntu 18.04. Internal Mic not working. I have tried to add jack 0x12 but it has only white noise. Also added 'options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi' in also configuration but no luck. If anyone get to resolve this please share your findings.
