Public bug reported: System: Ubuntu MATE 20.04 daily.
Packages: marco 1.24.0-1ubuntu1, celluloid 0.18-2build1. Problem: Originally reported in [https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/ubuntu-mate-20-04-pre-release-testing/20881/109]. Celluloid loads with delay showing transparent menubar and bottom toolbar (see attachment). However, if client-side decorations in celluloid preferences are switched on, it loads without glitches. In this case menu is integrated in headerbar (therefore no separate menubar) and bottom toolbar seems to load instantly. I was unable to reproduce the issue in vanilla Ubuntu 20.04 daily. It worked seamlessly with both client-side decorations on and off.
