Public bug reported:
Recent nightly releases of KiCad have the Eeschema ERC Options Tab
missing. Nightly release of 3/10/2020 had the Eeschema ERC Options Tab
but latter releases appear to have removed it. I have leaded the lates
level KiCad on multiple Windows 10 machines with same issue. I have
attached a picture of the observation for older releases of KiCad versus
newer releases.
