I still can't get a logfile. The last time that Nautilus has freezed I had handled mp3-files again. The system monitor showed Nautilus still running continiously with 83% CPU and 381 MB memory. That's enormous, usually it uses about 10 MB.
After shutting down and restarting Nautilus everything was normal with 10,2 MB of memory used by Nautilus and Nautilus sleeping when there is no action.
