Public bug reported: [Impact] Ubuntu 18.04 install is unable to detect integrated Intel graphics card UHD 620. Using a Dell Inspiron 7391 13 2-in-1 the machine is unable to detect attached monitors, change resolutions, or adjust brightness. No Dual Boot, running linux Ubuntu 18.04.4
